The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is conducting a study on hunting participation, preferences, and opinions. Responsive Management, a professional survey research firm, will be conducting the study for the Department.
Maryland resident and non-resident hunting license holders and Migratory Game Bird Stamp holders may receive a phone call, email, or postcard asking them to share their experience with and opinions on hunting in Maryland. Selection for participation from among license and stamp holders is random to maintain a scientifically valid study.
If you receive a call at home or on your cell phone, an email, and/or a postcard in the mail about the study, please consider participating in and answering the survey to assist the Department in assessing hunting participation and opportunities in Maryland.
If you have any questions about the study, please contact Bill Harvey at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The department and the USDA have teamed up to provide you with a Toll-free 877 phone number to report nuisance, injured or sick wildlife situations.
