Swallow Falls Waterline Replacement Project: Beginning September 8, 2020 contractors will be replacing water lines at Swallow Falls State Park. There will be no water service disruption but some noise from equipment may be heard throughout the campground. Work will be done Monday through Thursday from 8am-5pm. Sixty-five (65) wooded campsites with a fire ring, picnic table, and lantern post on a stabilized pad. All camp sites are located near modern bath houses with hot and cold water. Three of the sites are full hook-up which includes electric, water and sewer (40, 42 & 42A) and three sites have water and electric (19, 21, 23). There are also three camper cabins which include electric heat, microwave, small folding table and chairs, mini fridge, one double bed, and a bunk bed. Three youth group sites are available during the camping season. A valid
Maryland DNR Youth Group Pass is required to reserve a Youth Group Camping
Area. Nightly service charges apply. For more information regarding a Youth
Group Pass, call 1-410-260-8186 or download an application on-line.
