The Maryland Forest Service Fire Management Staff offers the NWCG certified training courses S-130 - Wildland Firefighter; S-190 - Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior; and L-180 Human Factors on the Fireline.

Online Wildfire Training 

Some wildland fire courses are now available online and others are available in a blended learning format with both online and field/classroom training.
