The Maryland Department of Natural Resources invites citizens to comment on the proposed changes to the 2014-15 and 2015-16 hunting and trapping seasons now through 4 p.m. on March 17, 2014. The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is accepting applications for offshore waterfowl blind and shoreline licenses for riparian (waterfront) property owners. A license will establish offshore stationary blinds or blind sites for hunting waterfowl, or prevent others from licensing the shoreline at a later date.
