Assassin bugs are amazing predators that often wait and ambush their prey. They have large, piercing tubes called beatks used for stabbing their prey and injecting it with immobilizing, liquefying saliva. Despite such gruesome feeding habits, these bugs are very beneficial to gardens, as they often target pest insets.
