Upper Bay and the Flats Report
Region: Upper Bay
Location: The Flats and the Upper Bay
I fished on Friday the 8th for a few hours with some great Bass Fishing Industry leaders (Representative from Dynamic Sponsorship's and from Toyota). Neither of them had ever fished in Maryland and wanted to hit the Flats for some frog fishing. We fished from 7:30 to Noon and managed to boat 2 fish over 3.5 pounds. The first came on a frog near Furnace bay and the second came on a soft plastic out of a Marina in the Northeast.
On Sunday the 10, I hit the Upper Bay for a Anglers Choice event. The supper moon made tides really high and fishing extremely tough. I lost 2 fish at the boat, both took a Livingston Lures Pro Wake crank bait. They were located near dock pilings. No other fish were caught unfortunately.
Fist picture is of Lance from Dynamic Sponsorship's and Tonya from Toyota, second picture is sunrise on the Flats.
